HCL Bank House is delighted to announce the sponsorship of Worcestershire batsman, Jack Haynes and Somerset batsman, Will Smeed. Two of the brightest young talents in English cricket.
Both young cricketers have had extremely successful cricket careers to date.
Jack Haynes, as well as representing England Under 19’s last winter in the World Cup, has had a brilliant start to his professional career with Worcestershire. Several scores of over 50 already have secured him a contract extension until the end 2023. Speaking about the sponsorship, Jack said “I’m delighted to become a brand ambassador for HCL Bank House and I’m very grateful that they will be supporting my cricket in the future”.
Will Smeed, having just finished his A levels at Kings College Taunton, has signed a 2 year contract with Somerset after his 2019 season finished with scores of 243 and 185 back to back for Somerset’s academy. Like Jack, Will has also represented his country at under 19 level. Speaking about working with HCL Bank House, Will said “It’s a privilege to be associated with, and a brand ambassador for, HCL Bank House. I’m very thankful that they will be supporting me and my cricket moving forwards”.
Both will be attending events, participating in HCL Bank House promotional campaigns and wearing exclusive ‘back of the bat’ stickers.
HCL Bank House director, Sam Brueton said: “We’re really excited to get involved at such an early point in the careers of Jack and Will who are two of the most exciting prospects in English cricket. They have such bright futures ahead of them and we can’t wait to support them along their journey through their careers and beyond!”
